Just received this product so it’s really to early to say a whole lot. However, the refills do fit my pen and so far write very smoothly. My biggest knock, it took about a week to get from Amazon. Certainly not a two day delivery.

This works in a 3 in 1 pen. It helps my husband on his job site. It keeps him from having to carry 3 writing utensils. Less things to keep track of in a secure environment.

WARNING! These refills DO NOT FIT Pentel Multi Function Pen Vicuna EX, Fine Ballpoint Pen, 0.5mm Mechanical Pencil, Red Body (BXW1375B)which is available on Amazon. They are both TOO LONG and TOO WIDE. The VICUNA Multifunction pen takes refills that are the same size as those in the CROSS multi-pen and pencil (shorter and narrower refills). Purchasing this pack is a waste of money if oyu are trying to refill your VIcuna with the same quality of ink. They don't work...

Fits my vicuña pen perfectly. I was able to get this ink right out of my uniform with a pump of alcohol sanitizer and then straight to the laundry.
