4.5 stars. I only chose amazon after I couldn’t get this item from the retailers I’d normally use as I think this item has recently been discontinued. It came well packed and the delivery was managed really well - really good texts and comms and notification on driver arrival. The item itself is great. It was in quickly as it was similar to my old model. It offers more for your money than other items in this price range and it’s a great finish too - quality. Over the years I’ve used other more “trendy” and expensive brands, but found myself coming back to the original electronic manufacturers like Hoover as 1) they do the job they are supposed to and do it well and 2) they offer great functionality and features. All round I’m very happy so if you can still get your hands on this, then do and don’t be too worried about using Amazon. That being said, I’m hoping I’d get good service from both companies if anything went wrong.One note is that the hob scratches easily even by moving the grates around so it will be interesting to see how long it keeps its look.Edit- hob scratches far too easily- HATE (!!!!) that you have to press the menu button for the oven to come on it isn't logical and i often forget which makes me hangry

The media could not be loaded. This is a great all in one oven and hob package.The gas hob controls are very good for low heat on the hob and very evenly controlled heat convection oven cooking. I have found with ovens in the past, depending on what you are cooking the convection air does not cook evenly. I can assure you this does, It cooks very evenly and does not burn items on one side. I am very impressed.The gas burners are very responsive and they have an indicator on the knobs that show which you are turning on and off which is very helpful. The stainless-steel design is easy to clean and adds a little class to the kitchen.Great price point as well with £379 price tag at time of purchase.
