For buying this combo box you get one extra Celebrations and one extra other pack for a total of 9C+3Others, as well as oversize copies of the 4 promo cards thrown in not sold anywhere else, as well as the Train On Oversize Card book(sold on it's own it included an oversize Base Set Pikachu card, I can't confirm if it will be included here)

In the description, it states that light toxtricity, hydreigon c, mimikyu, and dragapult prime are all oversize. is this correct or are they standard?

The promo cards come in standard size. The Dragapult will come in both oversized and standard.
