We had a blast learning how to skimboard with this board. The foam pad is really grippy, which helped stay on the board. The bottom is super smooth, allowing the board to glide well, even without additional product. In stronger wind, the board did catch a bit since it has a lot of surface area, so it’s important if you’re smaller or not as strong that you keep the board parallel to the ground to avoid the board going wonky. We had a tremendous day testing out the BPS skimboard, even when we had to move to a “nontraditional playground” after realizing we were not going to skim a beach with an oyster bed.

Good board but too expensive for what it actually is

My son loves this product. He used it at the beach and it worked great!

Very fun once gain the hang of it, year round use; urban for winter and beach for summer. Insane value out of it for 50 dollars and make sure you get the right size for you
