Bought these for a recovery center, and they worked great! Good range, clear and audible.

It just stopped working for me one day. Wasn't dropped, hit, nothing. It just sits on a counter. I've tried everything to troubleshoot it and nothing works. I missed the deadline for returning it so now I pretty much threw away over 200 dollars. :-( I'm very upset that I can't resolve this. (Update:1-1-20) The company contacted me and proved without a shadow of a doubt that they care about their customers and replaced my system with a brand new working one.

I have been in the restaurant business over 40 years. I currently own 4 restaurants. We spent over $2000 for a pager system years ago when technology was not what it is today This Retekess system was put in place last week: It immediately worked perfectly! The range is unbelievable. We have an extremely large and busy restaurant where Covid precautions demand waiting outside of the building. The range of these pagers is remarkable! People love them as they can wait in their car now. I just bought a second set of the same pagers to be sure we have back up for what is stolen or misplaced. Worth the money

I bought this it worked only for half the summer. They loose connection and the customer has to come back and get a new one. This will cause your team to get confused. If you are outside most people don’t hear it or feel the vibration. They are easy to set up it comes with directions on how to change the numbers on the devices.

Been using these for a year and only 1 pager has broken. They’ve been dropped by customers so many times. Work from a long distance.

Loved them at first... 4 months later most stopped working. Fully charged and wouldn't beep or vibrate unless they were right next to the charging station.

Tried this out for first time yesterday....worked very well. It was easy to set up, did the job of retrieving customers who had wandered off so they could get their food while still hot and without a search party. Seems rugged. We didn't get out of range, and people returned from inside a warehouse/brewery with 0% failures for the day. Instructions understandable enough. All in all, exactly what we were looking for and at a good price.
