Almost through with one box and so far so good. Hard to tell about memory but feeling good and no side effects so far. I still tend to forget names etc. but they come back pretty rapidly. I would certainly order more and give it at least a couple of months. I feel a little elevation in my mood but that might be a placebo effect. Will know better after a couple more boxes. About the packaging. It is really very easy and I think quite well done. It is good to have the days numbered. If you follow their instructions and remove the square the pill is enclosed in from the blister pack first and then pull down the corner it is very simple to remove the pill. I actually think it is a very creative design. Keeps the pill safe and keeps from confusing which day you take it.

Colostrinin is the active compound here, the miniscule amount of Lithium in micrograms is irrelevant. There's 12 Colostrinin tablets and 24 Lithium tablets arranged in pop-outs for one a day over 36 days. The package engineering is bad, insofar as the tablets have be 'cut out' since there's just no way the foil/plastic will allow a push-out. Anyway, I ended up taking out all the Colostrinin tablets, and throwing out the Lithium completely - I take supplemental Lithium Orotate 4 tablets/day at 120 MILLIGRAMS each. I also stacked-in Magnesium L-Threonate 2 each 2 grams, bioactive and passes the blood-brain barrier. So, I am taking 1 Colostrinin tablet per day, with no rest breaks, three times the 'Memory Protect' dosage, thats 12 tablets @ $15.50. I think I see a clearing up of the mental fog associated with my age 74, and there are no adverse effects for me.

I am 74 years old and sometimes have trouble coming up with the precise word that I want when speaking. This supplement has helped me with this problem. Easy to take tiny capsules. No reactions or weird side-effects. Somewhat clearer or more available memory. Words and names are where I have trouble. I have estrogen deficient postmenopausal memory issues. I stand a chance of coming up with the missing word/name in minutes instead of hours while taking this. As with all supplements, everyone's biologies are different.

So far I have found this Lithium works well to take confusion away.
