I have used this for Zesting Lemons. It is a pleasure to use. Sharp and zests easily. Very precise, as you can zest right to the fruit without piercing into the lemon. If you've been zesting with a grater, you'll love switching to this. SUPPORT AMERICANS WORKING IN AMERICA!

This zester is perfect! Easily removes the zest without pith. I've tried other zesters (including another from Amazon that was highly rated) but invariably they ripped and tore the fruit hacking off the pith. I just got this one today and had to try it out right away. It is amazing - easily removed the zest with no pith - great addition to my kitchen.

Have not used this yet. I bought it because Bon Appetite said it is the best for grating ginger.

This is an essential kitchen tool for zesting and grating. You should have at least 2 of these in your kitchen at all times. I use them almost daily. They stay sharp, the handle makes it easy to hold and they are easy to clean.
