My doctor recommended to take a B-12 supplement because my levels were low, so I chose this brand. It helped with muscle aches and tiredness, and when I went back to the doctor, she said I my levels had improved noticeably. This is is the only one I trust.

I think it’s a good product. Help me from taking a nap in the afternoons. Keep me a little more focused.

i take this on a daily basis, the pills are small and incredibly easy to swallow....i wish all the pills would come in this form.....capsules are the size of 3/4 of a pea.
