Mugs arrived in same box as decorative rocks... without any protective packaging. Mugs were without any protective wrapping, loose, in a large plastic bag, with the manufacturer's paper-thin cardboard box open and collapsed (also inside the large plastic bag). Mugs were both scratched, cracked; one had the handle completely broken with shared glass in the bag. Why package glass with rocks? Why package without any protective wrapping? Why package without reinforcing manufacturer's box? Always buy Prime, so your purchase is guaranteed for refund or return.
