This nail clippers is perfect, fit in my hand, easy to control the cut of nails and my cat didn't fight me like he did with the other nail awkward clippers I used. The master grooming tool/clippers made a clean cut without annoying my 20+ lb cat. So when he's not happy I can loose control of him, he didn't fight me after the first cut of his nails.

These are smaller than you might guess from the photo, but I was still able to use them easily with my extra-large hands. They arrived sharp enough for the job, although you might want to consider putting a slightly better edge on them if you know how to sharpen scissors. But, as suggested in the title, 95% of the job is cornering/holding the cat or bird. And do NOT cut too much nail off or you might have a serious bleed on your hands. Literally. Have some sort of styptic gel or powder with you just in case.

These were very easy to use on my pet rabbit. He was nervous but these nail trimmers made it easy to see the quick and weren't too difficult to hold. I also had a styptic stick on hand just in case, but thankfully never needed it. I wrapped my rabbit in a towel, and it was easy to use the trimmers with one hand while using the other hand to hold his paw out.

Excellent tool - for a woman's hands. Too small and fiddly for a man's grip, we found, but as the lady of the estate & I am the cat slave in residence, I found this device perfect for the purpose. Puss found it non-intimidating - which was VERY important to maintaining feline harmony.

When I got my new kitten, I first bought a pair of guillotine style clippers at the pet store because that's all they had. My kitten behaved as if the cutting process was painful and put up a lot of resistance. Those clippers also didn't cut the claw off cleanly. THESE clippers DO, and my kitten doesn't cry or resist. Took her to the vet for her shots last week, and lo and behold, my vet had the same kind!! These are great clippers!

These nail scissors work great, even on one of my senior cats who has super thick nails. I feel they could be a bit sturdier but they do the job!

I had bought a pair at my local pet shop when first getting kitty. It's blades were crossing over and felt cheap quickly. This pair is outstanding. Solid and could possibly be the same pair the groomer uses. I clip her nails weekly and feel so much better knowing these will actually cut the nail cleanly.

My vet loved this! Worked well for my Parrot. Happy with it. I have a pionus, a medium size bird. But, after buying about six of these I wonder, they keep rusting in a matter of months and I live in high desert!
