Getting repairs is difficult
When ordering a motorized wheelchair over the internet you loose customer repair support. Living on the East coast and dealing with California is difficult, it's like another country. Buy from a dealer locally who will provide repairs when needed. When I first received the wheelchair the battery would not charge. Had to wait three weeks before receiving a new battery and time was running out for a return. Eight months later the back wheel fell off. Company requires pictures to see damage. I live 160 miles from my mom who is 97 years old in Assisted Living. She has no camera or iphone. Had to call local repair man. Not good for elderly parents.

Almost perfect but questionable battery
I used this for a week before taking it to a conference. It worked well through the airport and my sister was there to fold it up properly. NOTE: you have to manually detach the joystick, put the screw back in and put it all in the bottom pocket before folding for storage in car or airplane. Then, once it’s folded, wrap a bungee cord from back handle through front folded foot rest. It’s a bit bulky, but once that’s done, it’s super easy to pull along using back wheels, or carry it, a little less than 50 lbs. It fits easily in back of suv or van, or back seat or trunk of regular car. Tilts in easily. The battery is what I had problems with. I weigh <130 lbs, and I had it fully charged in hotel room, by the time I go out to the elevators on carpeted floors, one green light (out of 2) was out, and the last green light kept flashing whenever I was moving. It was quite a long drive across the hotel to the convention center, and after moving continuously to get there, it was flashing the last yellow light. Once I stopped moving, though the yellow lights were all back on and one green was back on, though it started flashing as soon as I started to move again. I made sure to charge that night all the way. Charger showed green light, meaning fully charged, but I brought the charger with me in the bottom bag just in case it happened again. It went that way all week, and I sometimes had to go back to the room to rest, at which time I would charge it up because it always got down to one yellow. I think my battery may be faulty. I’m going to try to get a new one, as another reviewer said they had a bad battery and got a new one.I love the way it maneuvers. I had no trouble getting through doorways, and turning around was a breeze. It takes no extra space to turn in a complete circle with the footrest up. The footrest does stick out some but it doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would. I thought the armrests would be a problem because I was used to pushing up on the bottom part of my desk arms, but these are actually easier to use, they flip up well to let me get closer to the table, although you have to watch for table legs and other obstructions below the table. That would be the same as you would in a regular chair. I’ll be adding a picture showing the way we put away the joystick and bungee the chair together to prevent it unfolding accidentally. It’s so easy to fold and unfold that the bungee is necessary for easier moving around when folded. Folding requires you to pull up a lever in the back, which isn’t hard to do and it folds up practically by itself. Of course if you are the person using the chair, it may be more difficult for you, unless you are pretty strong and have good balance. If you just need it for long travel, it’s fine. I have someone else do the folding and I use another chair, or if flying, an aisle chair.Well worth the money.as long as the battery life is better than what I experienced in the last week.I’ll let you know if I get a new battery. Otherwise, I’d say it’s good for at home use, although not if you are close to the 220 lb. limit. I found that the harder the chair has to work, the more battery it uses up. I was able to go up typical hotel ramps, but it cost battery power. Even carpeting was harder that wood or tile floors.

Lacks power
Although this chair is lightweight and very maneuverable, it is lacking in power. If you are on anything but hard surface floors, it has trouble getting going. It doesn't take much of an incline to keep you from getting going. to get on the lift for a bus, you have to get a run at it.

Easy to transport!
Purchased for MIL so she could get around easier; she is able to take ANY Uber or Lyft because it is so easy to breakdown… a simple foot pedal.. and to set back up… only 40 lbs, so my SIL can EASILY put in trunk of ride… the Electric makes it so MIL can go to dollar tree or mailbox without worrying or waiting for someone to take her… love it!

Stopped Working Immediately
The wheelchair came missing two support wheels. The wheels it did come with have fallen off and one of the main wheels is wobbly. The motor does not work consistently and seems like there is a short in it. I have troubleshooted and been unsuccessful. Now I am lugging a wheelchair that doesn’t work around on our road trip and my husband has no safe and reliable way to continue our travels.

Just Ok
I got this chair for my dad so he could be a little more independent. Overall it is an ok chair. I would recommend a seat cushion as the seat part is not very comfortable. It seems to have a decent battery life, it folds super easy, and the manual setting makes it easy for me to push him if needed. This chair is at a good height for people who have to transfer from chair to bed or car. The arms lift up so he can slide from the chair into his recliner. The major down side is that the chair has a hard time on carpet. He has to rock forward to get the chair going sometimee because otherwise it will just spin tires. The beeping sound is super loud when backing up and there is no way to turn it down. Lastly the bolts are starting to come loose and the tool needed to tighten them is a very weird size of Allen wrench. After tightening the bolts they eventually wiggle loose again from the vibration of the chair. If I knew how bad it was on carpet I would not purchase again but otherwise it's not bad compared to the prices of other foldable wheelchairs.
