It works as advertised slots into most roof racks with a t-slot holds the one side very securely it has an extra hole to lock it so you don't have to worry about some one stealing it very easily. My only gripe is the side with the flip over bracket is loose and not all surfaces are covered in the foam insulator so it will rattle. so be mindful of that before you buy it. All and all very pleased with it I have my jack in a cover so I don't need to worry about the rattling and it keeps the jack out of the way but not so out of the way its a pain to get to. I highly recommend it if you go off roading and carry on of these.
