28" Black Cape - Halloween Costume Party Dress Up

This cape turned out perfect for my son’s Darth Vader costume. He wore it twice so far for two different Halloween events, and I washed it in the washing machine, and it kept up with no signs of wear. Great quality for the price, and we will likely use it for future costumes.

For Halloween, my son was Darth Vader. Instead of buying a cheaply made costume that costs too much and falls apart quickly OR making a horrible DIY costume out of good intentions, I went a middle route. I bought Darth Vader pajamas (which little dude still wears), cheap black boots from WalMart (which little dude still wears), black winter gloves (yep, he still wears them), and this awesome cape. The pajamas came with a cape, but it only reached little dude's waist. That, of course, was not sufficient for Lord Vader. Lord Vader's cape must *swirl* as he stalks about. And this cape is perfect. Long enough and light enough. Sufficient swirling to intimidate even the most stout hears. Has stood up well to several months of pretty constant use. Versatile, too. It also works well for Batman and Kylo Ren. Or Darth Ren. Or BatVader.

This cape was a great addition to my Halloween costume! I am an adult, but I am 5'2" and I didn't want anything long. It came down a little past my waist. This cape was affordable and did the trick.

this was a gift to my nephew for his 7th bday. i got blue, black, and red. i also got a reversable half-face mask. at first he didn't even take them out of the big gift bag...he thought it was just clothes. well, i told him "you know, i got you a super hero cape and mask --" his face lit up. he took them out, i put on the cape and he started soaring around the room with a big smile on his face. he wore it all weekend. everywhere we went. zachy is a big/tall 7...he's about 4'5" or taller...the cape fits him perfectly...hitting below his behind. it ties around the neck, so you and adjust it easily. i think the material is of a nice quality that will last pretty long. i'm so glad i got the capes...i will post pics later.

I had a magic birthday themed party for my daughter and bought 25 of these. the kids loved them! i also had matching wands and hats that I bought from Oriental Trading - but they got to take these home - the kids were so excited that they had a whole magician outfit!

i bought a cape of each of my boys for Halloween. the one was awesome but this one left more to be desired. it was useable but not what i had hoped for, or found in the other one which was equally as affordable.
