Intimate Service: We provide 4XL, 5XL, 6XL, 7XL plus size compression socks for people with large calves. Please choose according to the size chart provided in the product picture. Best Maintenance: The best time to wear compression socks is when you get up in the morning, because the blood circulation is the most unblocked and the swelling has not yet begun or the leg is lifted for 5-10 minutes before putting on the compression socks. This action can prevent blood from returning. The effect of this action is even more significant for long-term standing people. Cleaning and Maintenance 1. Hand wash or machine wash. The best water temperature for washing compression socks is within 86℉. Use mild, delicate detergent to clean. Place compression socks in the shade to dry naturally. Can use a dryer to dry, but do not turn on any heat source for drying. 2. Do not dry clean or iron. Do not dry or bake them in the sun or artificial heat sources. 3. Spare several pairs of wide calf compression socks for replacement, which can extend the life of the compression socks.Matters Needing Attention: 1. Before wearing compression socks, pay attention to the acceptable pressure of the legs, and do not blindly pursue high pressure. Wearing inappropriate socks for a long time will cause leg swelling, red pimples and pruritus. 2. Use with caution for severe leg skin disease and leg joint inflammation. 3. Before wearing compression socks, pay attention not to scratch the compression socks with nails, and pay attention to the buckle and zipper of shoes or boots to avoid scratching the compression socks.

They do run small, buy a size or two larger
These were bought for a 6'6" man with severe lymphedema in both legs, especially affecting the ankle area. Even though the calf was measured at 23" in the morning when the legs were not that swollen, I wisely bought the largest size available, 7XL, as the ankle measured 1" larger, 19", than the largest size measurements of 16-18". They fit perfectly as the man tried them on in the evening once the legs were at their most swollen. Yes, the ankle was a bit tight in fit, but not that tight, and the calf fit perfectly with the stockings coming up to the knee. The length is perfect for very tall people but noting that I had to buy the largest size available, I'd advise others to go up a size or two larger as those sizes listed are for when the legs are not at their highest point of swelling. I also would advise buying a few pairs for rotation as they will shrink over time with washing. Great stockings overall, I highly advise buying them. :-)

I had to get 2 pair
I first bought the size from the size chart with my measurements. They fit but definitely squeezed at the top of my leg right under the knee. I then went 2 sizes up and it fit perfect except the foot part was now a little big. I don’t mind that because the rest fits how I need it to.

Good Value for the Money
These compression socks remind me of the cloth socks my Grandmother used to wear before they invented synthetic materials, but these are much better at providing the low compression I need to help keep the blood in my legs flowing. I have 29 inch circumference (the distance around the calf at the widest point) legs and a size 6X fits me perfectly. The material the manufacturer uses for these socks are heavy duty and after using them for about two years now I have not torn any holes in them from putting them on. I put a little bit of Eucerin Foot Repair cream on the outside of my toes and along the toenail line before putting them on and this seems to help from getting any ingrown toenails, plus it helps the sock slide over the toes a little easier. Keep your toenails trimmed and you should avoid getting any holes in these socks from your toenails. About the only improvement to these socks would be to stitch a little lighter colored fabric in the heal area so that it is easier to align each sock to the heal area when putting them on. Other than that, these socks are much cheaper than any prescribed compression socks so why not buy a few pair so that you can rotate them according to your laundry schedule.

Bunches in the ankle
Over all fit great, but it was tighter in the ankle and bunched there. I couldn't stretch it enough to keep it from bunching there.

The texture is horrendous
I got these because I have big legs and my doctor told me compression socks may help with symptoms of POTS (a cardiovascular nausea condition basically). As far as the leg shaft, they were snug but I don’t think they were tight enough to really make a difference. Also they came up past my knee and immediately rolled down putting pressure on the back of my knee. However I fixed it by just folding the top down over itself. The foot part was way too big and I can’t stand the feeling of socks too big or small around my toes. But my WORST issue was the TEXTURE. Both the feeling of the inside of it against my leg and the external feel of it on my hands or just dragging on my bed when I put them on to see if they fit, it was so bad. These are a great product for people with big legs who really really need these/don’t mind the texture/slightly off fit but I’m super weird about that kind of stuff so they’re not for me.

Good for Very Wide Legs
I looked through quite a few different options on Amazon for wide compression socks and none seemed like they would be wide enough for my 29” calves. These looked like the best option so I purchased them. When they arrived today I tried them on immediately and they fit perfectly! The material is almost like tights but much thicker and sturdier. Because of that it takes a little bit of muscle to get them on but once on it feels great, not too tight but definitely has good compression all around. It actually goes all the way up to my knees and doesn’t feel like it’s cutting off circulation at the top. These feel like good quality and I would purchase them again (I might buy multiples to have on hand). For reference I have women’s size 10 wide feet, I am 5’9” with long legs, and have very wide ankles and calves. The only thing that could be improved is the seam on the toes which is slightly annoying but not enough to bother me too much.

7xl Perfect Fit for anyone with 22-23" inch calf
This is my first time writing a review. But my daughter loved these compression socks so much!!!! It was kind of hard to find a compression sock that was not too tight for her legs. My daughter has lymphodema in both her legs and currently being treated at the hospital due to an open wound on one of her legs. The doctor suggested she buy compression socks since the wraps were no longer working for her wound. The nurse measured her (need 20-30mmhg compression):Right leg (wounded leg-surgery)ankle - 37cm (14.57 inches)calf- 57cm (22.44 inches)length lower leg- 43.5cmLeft legankle - 34.5calf- 53cmlength -43cmThese compression socks worked great. She used the 7xl compression sock on the larger leg. She purchased a 6xl compression socks (different brand- 26-28" inch calf) for the left legThese socks (7xl) were easy to put-on with slight compression on the leg and calf. She is thinking about going down a size for a little more compression. It is a nice thick stocking. I love the texture. Was able to keep it on the entire day. If you have a 22"-23" inch calf I would recommend a 6xl or 7xl (for loose compression).
