It's a pretty good chair. I do like the overall size as it isn't huge and looks good in our home office. The arm rests are much too low and really don't serve a purpose as the only way you can use them is to lean pretty far over, which isn't comfortable. I also had one issue when mounting the back of the chair to the bottom section. Two pieces were supposed to overlap using a screw to connect and there was no way to make that happen. I checked the position many times and I had everything correct but the pieces didn't fit as instructed. One of my screws is not in all the way, but the back of the chair still feels pretty secure.

Great Product. Very easily to install. Solid and comfort. No need to worry that it will flip over back to the floor when your back lean on the back of the chair. The leather one bought from other company is more expensive but very easily to flip back to the floor. Another advantage is that you can adjust the height of the seat. The lowest height is fit for doing kitchen things towards a lower garbage tin. The highest height is fit for operation computer or have dinner. The surface of the chair is very easily to let the sweat to vapor away. No uncomfortable wet feeling like the leather chair. I bought it at Lightening Deals at 50% discount.

Horrible directions, basically nonexistent. I Had a terrible time putting this together! I called Amazon customer service to see about returning the item if we couldn't get It together, and I cannot say enough about how TERRIFIC they are! We finally did get it together. It is a nice chair but 3 stars for terrible directions!!

I had to change my rating because I first posted a one star rating because of some issues I was having with my chair, but after United Chair reached out to me to resolve my problem with my chair I have to say that I am very pleased an d very satisfied with their services... I hope to do more Business with them in the near future.

I wish I knew when purchasing that the recommended weight limit on this chair is only 120lbs! That's like a small women, not a grown man like myself.I like the style of the chair, but can't get over the weight limit. I found out once I put the entire thing together and read it in the manual. It was too late to take it all apart at that point.Although it holds my weight (180lbs), I'm still nervous it might break at some point. Will update if it does.

This is the chair if you have space problems. Works great!

The chair was fine for the first 13 days (received 12/7 to 12/20) then it began to not stay in the up position. I have been in contact with Jay at United Office Chairs. He informed me that they will be closed from 1/11/17 for two weeks. Then they will let me know when the replacement part will be shipped. [email protected]
