Katherine, a high-powered executive who believes men are intimidated by her career, is persuaded by her friend to create an internet dating profile claiming she is an executive assistant. Meanwhile, Jack, a male nurse, creates his own internet dating profile without realizing his best friend has secretly changed his profession to be a doctor. They are matched and find themselves falling in love, but hiding their true identities proves far trickier than expected when Katherine s ornery and controlling father ends up in the hospital under Jack s care.

A wonderful 5 star movie
I was not sure what this movie was about when I selected it. It is different from the usual Hallmark movies and absolutely different from the recent Hallmark movies which I am not fond of. It turns out to be a tremendous movie staring Erika Christensen and Paul Greene, directed by Terry Ingram. A great story, excellent acting and just a wonderful 90 minutes, which I revisited 6 months later. Folks my opinion is even better than my first time watching, you simply can not miss this one!

TRUTH & loving honesty most important!
Enjoy watching this & have many times. One comment on Charles wonder if Katherine's father hired Charles to keep an eye on her. Her father promotes him too much as her suitor. He over does it if this is so. I skip some parts when Charles is on camera, especially the restaurant scene. He's too nosy for me, and his assumptions are annoying. Other character nurses friend acts stupid as well as deceitful most of the time and the nurse is more than patient about him. The dog is incredibly intelligent and love watching him. That last scene is great with a lot of staff watching Jack and Katherine. Wish that scene was longer. The bowling scene was neat. This movie is amazing.

“I’m like a guy nurse.”
Beware of best friends willing to tamper with your lack of a love life through an online dating service. Jack is a pediatric R.N (played by Paul Greene). Kate (Erika Christensen) is a no nonsense high profile real estate mogul (with her face plastered on magazine covers). Their friends work up a deceitful profile of each, complete with a false name in Kate’s case. They enter into a relationship based entirely on lies and deception. They have consciences enough to know that this is wrong, yet they always find a way to justify their dishonesty. All would have ended well except for Kate’s snotty pseudo-boyfriend who felt compelled to have his competition investigated. Will getting caught ruin their chances for love? Will nonstop lying put a damper on their romance?Another preposterous offering from Hallmark, where logic is always in short supply. This is not a simple case of mistaken identity; they purposefully maintained a deliberate subterfuge for the sole purpose of impressing someone they hoped to have a meaningful relationship with. What is wrong with this picture? If not for the abundance of humor and the warmth of the two lead actors I would have given this movie only three stars. But. There is something infectious about the warped premise...............

Enjoyable, characters had good chemestry
I liked Christensen better in this movie than the only other one I've seen her in, something about her boyfriend's dogs. She and Green had chemistry that made their performances very believable; I also thought that Liebert performed her part very well too, I enjoyed her more in this movie than the numerous others I've seen her in.I will likely watch this movie a couple more times in the coming months.P.S.I have watched it two more times in the past 3 weeks or so and I like it more now than initially. Their performance is so believable, they look like two people in love.

Another predictable Hallmark Movie with plausibility
Some people on dating sites tend to lie about themselves in some form or another so the synopsys is plausable, but over embellished. Hallmark is one of the genres my wife and I will watch together on movie nights

One of Hallmark's Best
For me, it's all about chemistry when it comes to Hallmark movies and the chemistry between these two makes it a winner. Fans of "Parenthood" and Hallmark's "My Boyfriend's Dogs" will enjoy Erika Christensen in this role and Paul Greene is his usual charming self. Ali Leibert is adorable in her supporting role, which I believe was one of her first on Hallmark before she became a lead. Although the formula of misunderstood identities is a familiar one, it's unique to see both leads portrayed that way and in both cases the reason for the misunderstanding is believable. This is one of the few Hallmark movies I never tire of, so it's worth the purchase for commercial-free viewing!

A favorite movie!
I love this movie! Paul Greene is one of my favorite Hallmark actors and he does a bang up job in this. He plays a male nurse who isn't having any luck finding Mrs. Right. He decides to try a dating site. Only he's unaware his best friend changed his profile and said he was a doctor in order to sweeten the pot.Erika Christensen is the head of her company and can't score a date because a lot of men are intimidated by what she does or are only interested in her money. She too goes on a dating site pretending to be an executive assistant instead. When the two of them meet its like instant attraction. Neither one can believe their good fortune. But how far are they willing to take their charade and what happens when it all comes crashing down around their heads?

Brilliant story a Gem!!
The acting is brilliant. The connection between Erica and Paul Greene is amazing. The emotion portrayed is so real. Its one of my favourite movies of all time. I'm a mature aged executive coach, psychologist and an Emotional Intelligence consultant and to me the emotional connection in the Cabin is authentic and beautiful. As with all Hallmark movies I'd let my granddaughter watch it. Well done Hallmark and Amazon. More like this please we all need more positive emotion in our lives.
