V1 ClassicLine Professional Set : Red

This is my third Borner mandoline in 30+ years; the first one wore out, I gave to second one to a friend after having it for years. He uses it regularly.I guess I just wanted a red one.They are oh-so-sharp and easy to use and maintain. Buy it and be amazed at how easy it is to slice, chop anddice.

V/good and v/sharp

I remember my mum had the orange one. She bought it about 20 years ago and the quality was great.It is still one of the best V slicer on the market I believe. I have tried different (not V shape) slicers and was very disappointed.Some of the little blades on the ''chipper, fries'' insert are little bend, not in right angle to the base ( Borner quality check?), but it didnt affect the cutting.Other than that, great slicer

No existe otro rallador mejor que este. Tengo uno viejo que ya tiene mas de 20 años y lo único que ha cambiado después de darle uso cada vez que cocino es el color que ya no es blanco puro sino más bien beige jeje el resto como si fuera el primer dia que lo compré con eso lo digo todo.
