Great Support for the Female Hormonal System
UPDATE: I think, that it actually really helped! it just took time for it to work the magic. I noticed changes around the time I was finishing the bottle (approx 4 weeks). **** I have purchased supplements from this company many times before since long before Amazon was a thing; they offer TCM formulations which are often unique and difficult to find in the U.S. According to their website, they’ve been operating since 1984. Their products are manufactured in the US and they are easy to reach by phone or email with inquiries. I have been taking this product at a rate of 3 capsules 1-2x/day (the recommendation is for 3 caps 3x/day) to attenuate hot flashes. The flashes haven’t stopped yet after 3 weeks of only treating with this product; however I have often found that the hot flashes require heroic doses of herbal medicines in order to restore proper hormone balance and functioning, so I don’t think this should reflect poorly upon this product. The most pronounced benefit I’ve found is a deeper calm surrounding incidences of hot flashes; I’m less emotionally distressed by them. Perhaps there’s an adaptogenic benefit to this formulation, as it doesn’t contain the usual suspects, such as Dong Quai. I would recommend it, but in possibly in conjunction with infusions, tinctures or other natural supplements as well. I feel like this formulation is intended to play a support role designed to fill in the gaps in conventional herbal treatments for Menopause.

Great for hot flashes / Health Concerns needs to bring back 270 count option for this formula
VERY EFFECTIVE FOR HOT FLASHES. However, the brand should BRING BACK LARGE BOTTLE OPTION for this formula. This formula is only effective if taken at full strength long term. That’s 3 pills 3x a day. So … ONE OF THESE SMALL BOTTLES LASTS ONLY 10 DAYS!! You have to purchase three bottles a month. Shameful that the company discontinued the larger size. I hate throwing away three bottles every month just to access this formula. Hope they bring back the 270 count.

So far, I’m really happy with the results
I started taking it a few weeks ago after dealing with hot flashes and restless nights that were getting pretty uncomfortable. I wanted to try something more natural before turning to prescription options, and this supplement seemed promising. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on the stomach, and after about two weeks, I started noticing fewer night sweats and a bit more stability in my mood and energy during the day. It’s not an overnight fix, but the difference is noticeable enough that I plan to keep using it. I also like that it’s based on traditional Chinese herbal formulas, which feels like a more balanced approach. So far, I’m really happy with the results and will continue taking it to see if things improve even more over time.

Herbal Balance for Menopausal Comfort- Hormones, Heat, Sweats, Comfort, Wellness, Transition
This formula draws directly from Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, specifically targeting the heat and imbalance that can arise during menopause. It’s designed to ease common symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and that restless internal heat often described in TCM as “deficiency heat.” The botanicals in this blend are chosen to restore balance and calm excess energy while nourishing the body during hormonal transition. Health Concerns is known for producing practitioner-level formulas, which gives some added reassurance about the quality and authenticity of the herbal approach. With 90 capsules per bottle, the serving size of three a day makes this a straightforward one-month supply. It’s not something meant to act like a quick fix; instead, the herbs work more gently and steadily, helping over time rather than providing instant relief. When using it, I noticed some support with nighttime comfort, though it wasn’t an immediate or dramatic change. Like most herbal blends, the benefits tend to be subtle and cumulative, which means consistency is key. Even when results aren’t strongly felt, the underlying nourishment of TCM-based herbs may still be helping the body adapt during the menopausal shift. **As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (

I’ve tried so many things for para menopause, and this has to be the most effective one yet!
Just like my title of the review says, I’ve tried probably well over 100 different supplements for paramount applause symptoms. I had no idea that being 45 years old could be this terrible. But it is, and I’m on the search for the most perfect product possible that’s not from a doctor or pharmacy, and I think I found that perfect product in this Chinese, herbal supplement! I’m not familiar with the herbal ingredients, but I did do a little bit of research on them, and reached out to one of my acupuncturist, friends, and they told me that this is a really great combination of effective herbs for perimenopause and menopause symptoms, like hot flashes, brain fog, and all of the other terrible things that come along with it. You do have to take quite a few of them a day, but you can’t put a price on your health and mental happiness! I’ve had no bad side effects, only good benefits from this supplement! Very well done! I hope they start selling it in a larger bottle in the future!

Does the job
I got this for my wife, who is in surgical menopause, and she really loves it. She was looking for something natural to add to her daily routine, and this supplement has become a part of it. The capsules are easy for her to take, and she likes that it is based on traditional Chinese herbal formulas rather than being filled with unnecessary extras. At first, she was a little skeptical, but after keeping it in her routine for a couple of weeks, she told me she felt better having something she could rely on. It gave her peace of mind and a sense of control, which made me glad I picked it up for her. The 90-count bottle is generous and makes it easy to stay consistent. 5 stars. A thoughtful and natural option that my wife has truly come to appreciate.

Great Yin in the Routine – Early Thoughts
As someone in midlife looking to maintain a sense of balance and rhythm, I occasionally rotate different herbal blends into my daily wellness habits. This particular formula intrigued me due to its traditional ingredient profile and clean presentation. The bottle arrived well-sealed with both outer and inner tamper protection. The label was easy to read and clearly listed the herbal contents, including Rehmannia root and Lycium bark—botanicals often found in classical herbal formulas. The expiration date was two years out, and the capsules themselves were smooth, neutral in scent, and moderate in size. Rather than starting with the full suggested amount, I began with just one capsule a day as part of my morning routine, alongside other supplements. So far, it’s been simple to incorporate with no aftertaste or unpleasant effects. Highlights for me: • Well-packaged with expiration and lot clearly printed • Easy-to-swallow capsules with no noticeable odor • Features a blend of herbs used in traditional formulations • Pairs well with a basic daily supplement regimen This is the kind of product that may appeal to those who already use plant-based wellness routines and prefer gentle, ingredient-forward blends. I always recommend introducing new items slowly and paying attention to how they align with your established routine.
