A good value and very good CD player.
Great value for money and it was very easy to set up. The earphones that come with it are not very good (tinny) and I would recommend a good pair of 3.5mm headphones to get a clear sound. The bluetooth function worked without any issue but again, the sound is not as good as using 3.5mm headphones. The box also included a decent case for travelling, male to male cables for plugging into cars/speakers, charging cable and some stickers. For the price, this is a very reasonable piece of kit. The build quality is surprisingly very good for the price. I am genuinely pleased as to how good this player is as it has exceeded my expectations given the price of it.

A great little unit.
Terrific little CD player. I can find only one problem that I’ve had with this unit in so much that it’s not Bluetooth compatible with my Jabra’s 75t’s. However, I’ve had absolutely no problem connecting it with a sound bar and it even picked up my Sony Smart TV when I was first setting it up. I’m not that tech savvy but the unit seems to run for a time (play) and then stops the disc from spinning. It’s like it reads ahead and then when it catches up with the song it activates again. I can only imagine it’s like it converts the CD to an MP3 player as it’s working. That might be one of the reasons why it has a great battery life once it’s charged and also it’s lack of (skipping?) when being moved. As for the EarPods supplied, excellent sound and very comfortable. I’d recommend it’s audio sound, it’s technology and the simplicity of its construction. Would be good to use for travelling. It will fit comfortably into a jacket or backpack pocket and it won’t catch on anything because of the sleekness of its design. All in all, a great little unit. I’m very happy with it and I’d recommend it.

Convenient, easy-to-use, good sound; and good support from manufacturer
I bought this player so that I could listen to my large CD library in parts of the house away from the main stereo. I haven't tried to use it in a car, so I can't comment on that aspect. The player has an excellent sound, and is small and easy to use. Sometimes, I would appreciate a button to light up the display; it goes dark quite quickly after a control has been pressed, presumably to save battery. So I sometimes find myself squinting at an unlit display to check, say, the track number. But this is a very tiny gripe. The player lives up to its description on the Amazon site, and I am well pleased with it. I did, as some other reviewers have done, encounter some Bluetooth connectivity problems. I'm full of praise for KLIM’s customer services department, who addressed my complaint rapidly and suggested a solution, which worked. Bluetooth connections are notoriously temperamental, of course. I still find that it is a bad idea to stand close to the player and directly in the line of sight between player and speaker. But, again, this doesn't take much getting used to. All in all, well worth the price.

A damn good player .
As i have a couple of hundred CDs i cannot play them to my BT Headphones , couldn’t bother with E Bay as to much hassle and risk . So i went to my Trusty Amazon , and searched hard . i fancied first an Oakchester till i read the reviews and Stars , then i found the Klim and the more i read the more i liked it , good reviews and nearly 5 Stars . Next to you tube and again good reports , this must be it i said and ordered it . Came as usual the next Day and it looked a Solid bit of Kit , a lovely Case with it . And a surpiseinly good pair of plug in Ear buds , and i found they alone bought separate cost £15 . I could hear they were good , but can never listen to them alone as i can never get that type to stay in my Ears . But still a Bonus , and the lead as an ariel good thinking . Got down to my trials and became a bit unstuck , i reckon Joe average has 1 pair of phones but i have 6 . Top is my noise cancelling Bose at £300 , if you do get a klim and borrow a Bose then you will have a Sonic Shock as they are damn good when heard through top class BT phones . Now down to my trouble spot , as i have two Shokz BT bone phones . ( Again perfect through the Klim ) , now as i was trying to link in with two phones ( and with my age at 80 ) i was very confused . Here goes i said i got to get in touch with the Company , which is rarely a good experience as they don’t want to hear of Trouble . Now this is where the Iceing on the Cake was put on my Klim , i E mailed the Company not expecting much . But my first shock was that the E Mail came back in 15 hours , and this Gentleman came back called Greg ( A brill Guy ) and i told him all my problem . Again in less than a Day ( that even happened on a Sunday ) he came back . Now as i was not a good Customer at this time , anxious and frustrated ( happens more when older ) . Did this phase Greg , not a bit as he stayed cool and Friendly . i don’t think i could have had a better and more helpful Man , he sensed i was very wound up and still thought things weren’t right . So he played it cool , and took his time so it was spread over 4 E Mails . When we finished ( he had the Patience of a Saint ) and i was 100 % Happy , i felt more of him as a Friend . And i could see it was all on me as so many BTs , now i understand it all the now easy . There was even one Day i sent my E Mail early and it came back in the Afternoon . So where am i heading , first don’t think twice about buying this item as it Top Class . i still got an old Sony still working , but the Klim now far better . Two brill points , if you did give it a nasty Shock then you see Disc stop . But the music is perfect , and i almost could not believe my eyes as that can go on for 100 seconds . And another Bonus , i want to make a cuppa but not lose where i am . Press a little button on the phones and the player pauses , now sometimes i forget what i was doing don’t go back to the Player for say 1/2 an . Press the button and straight back on , and one last Perk . As it is BT if you have a phone call , touch the little button and you are talking loud and clear . clearer than the Phone . So if you like what you see then buy it , as you are buying from the Best ( and straight back if not happy ) but you will like it . And the best bit of all , Greg and his brilliant team to put you right if anything goes wrong . And Greg if by any chance you do read this , then thanks for the brilliant assistance you gave . I reckon Klim are going to go a long way . Thanks to all for a Very good BT CD player . Ken Picton of Maesteg .

GA great cd player
This CD player is a really nice thing. It appears to be very well made and while not heavy, it feels solid. The sound is great (good set of ear buds supplied with the player). It works well on Bluetooth. I bought it to play audio cds (books mainly), and these play very well. The mp3 player that is fitted in the player works great. Controls are easy to use and nicely placed. What more can I say, other than I am very pleased with this cd player and would recommend it to any one. I've no experience, so far, of the after sales service but I don't think I will need to contact them. I think this player is brilliant. Thank you KLIM.

The KLIM Nomad is of good quality. The build seems solid and not flimsy including door opening and closing. The buttons have a good feel and make good contact. The display is easy to read and pleasingly, back-lit; a luxury after years with unlit minidisk displays. The sound quality is good to my ear. (I'm 60 and used to work in night clubs so make of that what you will.) I have played music using the line out and the sound is good on a couple of sets of small speakers I own. It sounds great on my big stereo in the house. I have a Bluetooth to FM device in my car and it sounds fine through that. Connecting was not a problem although the seller did warn of potential problems with some bluetooth implentations. I bought this player to play CD audio, mp3 CDs and to use the card socket. All options sound great. Navigation works well and the DIR button will jump you to the next directory on the current media, where present. One slight quirk I found was when navigating directories on the SD card: it doesn't seem to take you the beginning of the directory. Instead, it drops you into the middle of it. I haven't found any pattern yet but my files do confirm to all sensible conventions in terms of naming and metadata so I don't know what's going on there. It is a minor inconvenience. I was pleased to find that the player will remember the point where you pressed stop or turned the unit off, whether that is on disk or solid state storage. I haven't let the player battery go flat though so I don't know if you'd lose your place in that instance. The Nomad defaults to CD when turned on, so if you're listing to content from the SD card and you turn the unit off, it will default back to the CD when restarting. Selecting the card with the mode button will bring you back to the last listened track on the card. (You might be able to fix this 'issue' by removing the CD but I like to have both media on standby and I haven't tried it.) The unit will also connect to previous Bluetooth devices and start playing by default. I turn it on when I start my car and within a few seconds my music selection is playing. Most convenient! I have not tried the FM radio in the device or the supplied headphones, so I can't comment on those, although the headphones look like they might be decent quality. I also haven't had the Nomad on a long, continuous play just yet so I can't really comment on the battery longevity, although so far it seems okay. I thought at one point that I may have made a mistake buying the white unit. I handled it with dirty hands and marked the player but it cleaned up well with a damp, soapy cloth. If I have one complaint about this unit, it would be that I was expecting more from the DIR button. Pressing DIR will take you to the next directory but that could become a bit tedious if you were trying to navigate a card with over 100 directories on it, as I have. I would have liked, even hoped, the DIR button would bring up a list of directories through which you could navigate before selecting the one you want. Alas, it doesn't do that but that is my only significant complaint. The saving grace is that every time you turn on the player, it picks up where it left off. I tend to work my way through my music collection from one end to the other so I will probably be happy to just let it play until it gets to the end. Overall, this is a great little player. I think it is excellent value for the price.

Voor de prijs erg goede portable cd-speler. Goed geluid. ESP werkt behoorlijk goed.
