Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well. P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!! I hope if you try it that you will too.

I rarely do a review for a product, but felt compelled to leave one for this eye massager. It is wonderful! You can adjust the heat, pressure, and volume. It blocks out all light. It is so relaxing that I usually fall asleep while using this product making me very glad that it automatically shuts off in 15 minutes. It does help reduce my dry eye symptoms somewhat. I have recommended it to my family and friends.

I suffer from chronic migraines, and was skeptical when I bought this. BUT,it actually works! Pros: IT WORKS!, it is comfortable and not too loud. It provides a cycle of massages that really help to relieve the pain. I use this every day! Cons: You can adjust the intensity of the pressure, but not customize the cycle settings: I prefer the temple massage, but there is no way to set it to focus on that area. Unfortunately after a couple of months the heat stopped working. So there is a concern about the quality.

I normally don’t write reviews. But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Amazon. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Amazon but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

Absolutely amazing! I was searching for something to add to my nighttime routine to help me relax, and this eye massager exceeded my expectations. For a product under $100, the results are impressive. I always read reviews thoroughly before purchasing, and this lived up to everything other reviewers praised. I suffer from frequent migraines, and using this alongside my medication has helped tremendously with relief and relaxation. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I highly recommend it!

Here is my experience with an eye massager and I will break it down into multiple sections. Build: The build quality is great, its outer shell is plastic and very sturdy. I think they went with plastic to maintain lightweight. Usage: 1. The button placement is very spacious and easy to reach each button without looking at them. It's an important aspect because we use the massager buttons when we are taking the massage eyes closed, and it should be easy to reach them. 2. Modes: By default, we have 5 preset modes, and can cycle through them with a short press of the Power button. **Tip** - You can also change the settings of each aspect, Heat/Pressure/Music, individually, while you are in one of mode by pressing those respective buttons. This is really important, because I wanted to have air pressure + music only and there was no default mode for this combination, so I just pressed the heat button off in Mode1 (Air pressure + Heat + Music) and it switched the heat off. These settings are very easy to use once we start using them. 3. The pressure-sensitive massage area is good, and it will relax the muscles. I felt relaxed in my eyes after usage. Improvements: 1. It would be great if they made the outer panels swapable so we could use multiple colors and also if we could swap inside cushions after a lot of usage. 2. By default, the massager gets auto off by 15 mins. It would be good if we could increase it to around 30 mins, so we can fall in sleep slowly... Overall, a good buy if you are looking for an eye massager which will help us in day-to-day screen time.

I used this last night for the first time. I had the heat turned up on high, as I have dry eyes and must apply heat compresses once or twice a day. That seemed to work well enough. I also enjoyed the built-in music. But, I had to turn off the massage portion of the device after a couple of minutes, because I found it very annoying for two reasons. First, it is noisy. It makes a whirring-motor sound on the left side of the mask as the massage movement goes around the eye/temple area. The noise is continual, repetitive, and loud enough to the degree that it competes with and even overrides the music. It is not relaxing at all! Secondly, it doesn't just massage the eye area. The "massage" movement starts on the sides of the head at the temples and moves around and across the eye area, then starts back over again. Also, it doesn't actually massage the temple area. Instead, it compresses and squeezes your temples, as if your head is in a vice. Between the squeezing of my temples plus the constant whirring-motor noise, I found the massage feature of this mask very irritating, not relaxing at all, and I had to turn it off. I will continue to use this mask for the heat feature, but I won't be using the massage feature from here on out. I will continue to look for a similar mask that is quieter without that annoying whirring-motor sound.
