Edit: Please stop changing the recipe. It was so good and slowly they've been adjusting it. It's not the same experience it was. Not as satisfying. It's starting to look more like a vitamin gummy then a candy alternative. I'll just buy cheaper fiber gummies if that's the case.The nutrition label and ingredients say it all. Wow. I keep them around for sweet cravings, it doesn't ruin my diet at all. I also use them to supplement my fibre on days when I've eaten bellow 25g. And best of all these are extremely kid approved. A perfect guilt free bribe candy lmao. They also know they can't have any unless they drink water (cuz of the high fibre), so I con them in to actually drinking water which is a bonus! And no sugar, so I don't have to panic about their teeth. And because we limit sugar foods in this house, they don't feel left out at all when in comes to indulging in nummy candies.The recipe has changed over the years, it's more conventional texture now. I do miss how chewy the old recipe was, maybe they can release a line of extra chewy again. But, this new recipe is so great you hardly realize you're not eating tradition junk candy. And on a side note, I came across the creators Dragons Den pitch for this product, and wow she's unreal. So impressed. Ok now I'm babbling, but basically these are amazing guilt free healthy yummy treats.I end up buying them from other retailers often cuz sales are better elsewhere, but as a regular price this is decent. With Amazon buying power you'd think they'd be more competitive. I tend to split the package over a 2 or 3 days to stretch out the savings, cuz this adds up when you buy as many as I do. :)

I love everything smart sweets creates! I have yet to find anything better. Worth the extra $ for how well it satisfies my terribly out of control sweet tooth!!!!

I find that the fruity flavor and chewy texture are similar to traditional gummies, but gives you healthier option for yourself or your family. Highly recommended by moi!
