I purchased this as a gift thinking that it was pretty and would express a lovely sentiment. Sadly within a few weeks it has turned problematic and has not performed as expected. Difficult to keep clean and does not meet expectations.

Pendant and chain were described as 925 Sterling Silver with Chromium plating. The pendant seems to be holding up fine, but the chain tarnished almost immediately. Will be testing with magnet to see if pendant is actually silver, but something is very wrong with the chain. It took about 3 weeks to send out the chain so of course we're immediately beyond the refund date.
