Razer Iskur X XL Gaming Chair: Ergonomically Designed for Gaming - Multi-Layered Synthetic Leather Foam Cushions - 2D Armrests - Steel-Reinforced Body - Black/Green

Context:I'm 6'4" tall and about 300 lbsProsThe chair is undoubtably comfortable. Not too bad against the outside of my legs and I'm sure it will soften up after I break it in a bit. Lumbar support is on point. Assembly was easy. 10 total screws and a giant, clear 5 foot by 3 foot poster for your instruction board (definitely overkill, but I appreciate the forward thinking)ConsIdk what the deal is with this piston, but it's very clearly not the right one (see picture). It drags on the carpet and the mat. If I had hard floors I might be able to get away with it, but I'd still replace it. Amazon customer support wants to either do a return or an exchange of the whole thing. Razer customer support wants me to create a ticket with a third party and they'll get back to me in 5-10 business days. My 3rd option is to order an aftermarket piston off Amazon which will get here tomorrow. Honestly pretty disappointing for spending more than $300 on a chair.

Pros: Well built, easy to assemble even as one person, comes in a very secure and well-designed box to ensure safe delivery, and it looks really good.Cons: It was a heavy in te box to get it in the door, a back and/or head cushion would be nice.If you read the reviews this does feature a hard cushioned seat which I like. I was using a chair with a purple cushion which was fine, but I found myself looking constantly having to flip the cushion to get some support. For me this is a great chair, the hard seat hasn't given an inch yet which keeps me sitting straight.

Had this chair maybe a couple weeks but so far so good I'm 6Ft 240-250 at most & I feel small in this XL chair the cushions aren't so cusiony but other than that I feel like I can actually move in this chair without a fear of breaking it with my weight in stuff so I can't complain.

I do software development so am at my desk many hours a day. My back and butt never hurt or get tired from sitting. Its not like a plush chair its very firm but amazing support. Im 6’4” 250lbs and the xl was a great call. Highly recommend for work or for gaming. Its also very heavy which is great build but was not fun getting up stairs alone haha

I really like this chair, assembly was really easy. I recommend this chair to anyone serious about gaming.
