Always to struggle finding gluten free and soy free snacks etc... this one hits the spot. I actually used these the other day to make the crust for a cheese cake. Delicious.

If you can’t eat gluten , eat these cookies, you can use them to make other desserts like mini cheesecakes , they’re perfect!

These worked ok for my banana pudding, but I needed more than I expected because they are so small.

Made banana pudding with these and the dessert was phenomenal! They stayed crisp (more than the “normal” vanilla wafers) and taste great. They are expensive! But I’d buy them again.
