I bought this computer for school and gaming purposes and I played only Fortnite nothing that requires a lot of capability. It ran impressively good in my Ultra HD monitor 3840x2160 and gaming was way faster in responding compared to my PS4. This computer took 1month and 1 week to completely shut down and it won’t turn on again. I was hoping this computer would last me close to 5 years and it broke down so quickly I can’t belive it. I called support and they told me that it was the RAM and they sent me a new one. I installed it and nothing. They wasted my money and they wasted my time. I will still contact Skytech support for additional help on how to fix it and will be updating the comment and review soon if needed.Update, Skytech was able to provide me a new and free part and labor even after the warranty had expired. My computer now works and I love it, Fortnite runs at 220fps in 1080p Full HD. Cod Cold war in 100 fps in 1080p. Minor lag but im upgrading my memory to have better performance. Great quality and the RGBs are beautiful <3 Overall the purchase was well worth it!Update after 1+yea: It’s still runs amazingly good just like when i first good it, it gives impressively good FPS on Fortnite that I bought a 240hz monitor and the gameplay there its great. Additionally, I can stream on twitch and play arena(online) and it gives me 130+ fps, first gaming pc and im highly satisfied, finally updated to 5stars!

Bought this item back in September of 2020. By the middle of August the OS was crashing hard enough for me to have to reset the PC. I had to reset the PC 4 times!!!!!!!!!! Skytech support calls to try and fix the issue but never mentioned that I had the option to replace the item or have a refund processed. The issue was never fixed because it was an intermittent issue. So by the end of the initial claim in September, the technician told me to call if it happened again, but as I said earlier, he never brought to my attention that they would replace or refund the item. (I won't talk about the 14 or 15 year old kid that they had initially handle my claim before I spoke to one of the technicians). So later in the evening on Christmas Eve the computer crashed so hard that I couldn't even get into windows. Skytech says we'll send you a hard drive with an operating system on it. By this time we're well into January. The SSD arrives and I open the package and I see deep scratches on the bottom of the drive and the mounting holes for the screws are slightly wallowed out from over tightening!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT ME WAS OUT OF ANOTHER COMPUTER!!!!!! THEY SENT ME SOMETHING THAT WAS "USED". I get on the phone and call Skytech complaining about them sending me a used replacement item, so they say: Use the one we sent and we'll send you another one. No problem, fine with me. I install the hard drive they sent and the computer is still crashing hard. At this point when I call I want a new computer or a refund. Skytech won't do either of them because the computer was purchased over 30 days ago??? Oh really? This is an issue that stems from way back in August that they never fixed and never offered me a replacement or refund "AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO ACCORDING TO AMAZON". BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! THIS COMPANY WORKS ON THE SLY, DRAGS THINGS OUT TILL YOU CANT RETURN OR HAVE THE ITEM REPLACED AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING CAUSE THEY ALLREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

I got this computer to use primarily for graphic design and it worked great straight out of the box. We did replace the RAM with something larger, because of the needs of one of my programs. But with the design of this machine that was super easy to do, even a tech amateur could have done it.It took me a while to figure out how to operate the light controls for the attached keyboard, but once I found the on/off settings button on the keyboard I felt a little silly for that.

Not sure where my previous review went...just fount another issue, USB ports on top of computer NOT 3.0...unless charging your phone which is at 50% is the "new USB 3.0 speed", takes 3.5 hours. Plugged phone into new Anker power strip which has 3.0 ports and it says it will be charged in 1.5 hours....point to ponderEdit: updated 17 Aug 2020Still can't get ahold of tech support. Randomly shuts down my internet, and as of the last couple of days freezes and disconnects my screens for absolutely no reason. Getting ready to roll back drivers I guess we'll see what happens next. I sure could have used my money better.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been a PC gamer since I was a kid - I’m not great with controllers and I play MMORPGs and MOBAs - and I’ve never actually had a quality computer. Growing up I played on an office desktop, in middle school and high school I played on a cheap HP laptop, and through college and beyond I played on a Macbook. Everything was super low quality, continuously lagged, and was not as fun of an experience as I would have liked.As an adult I spoiled myself and got this computer, not knowing anything about CPU building or specs and just wanting something that will do the hard work for me and I can expand on it in case I want to delve into it. For that, and for upgrading from a Macbook, this does a beautiful job. When most other computers are at least $1200, getting this one for under $1k was a big selling point to me.All of my friends who /are/ knowledgable about CPU building were impressed by this computer, the value for the specs, and the ability to upgrade if needed. But for the simpler games that I’m playing, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made.Also, the RGB lights are killer, and the instructions and tech support are in fluent English, which is a HUGE plus.Note - this comes with a mouse and keyboard, but not the ones I used in the video.

sorry for the bad photo quality, but yeah i love it! i haven't had a chance to install any games yet (other than solsuite) but video and sound quality is excellent so far. it's fast, it's quiet (purrs like a kitten compared to the labouring fans in my old PC) and to top it all off it' gorgeous--and kinda super gay with the rainbow colours, which i love <3
