Sturdy material, really thick,
It can be better if it come with handles, i managed somehow because i had one old skipping rope from that i used handles,Suggestion for buyers - you can buy cheap skipping rope from local store and then you can use those handles to this rope. I used this rope for 20 mins and it's really hard, trust me I'm not beginner i do more than 1000 jumps a day. You can't get better rope at this price. Also you can see the thickness in comparison to my regular skipping rope.

Heavy robe.. Will tot fitting to any old rope set
Too heavy but sturdy and strong.. Will difficulty in skipping
