The seller Is making this right
I want readers to know the seller is going to correct a problem I have with an Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera. It arrived to me not working. The seller immediately responded to me and is now offering to replace it at no cost to me however at a loss to themselves as they wait for the manufacturer to fix the broken camera. I would trust this seller and would readily purchase from them in the future. This product defect is beyond their control and yet they are willing to take a hit for sale satisfying the customer. I have 13 of these Arlo cameras to help care for my 90+ year old parents 4000 miles away. This ability to monitor and intervene from this distance has save their lives at least twice and has enabled us to keep them them in their home of >60 years. This is the first time I received a defective camera.
