I have ordered this product twice. It works wonders. The only thing is that one has to know how to use it. It helps with the sinus issues and drains the fluid from the face reducing the puffiness. It also helps to soften the skin texture, give a minor face lift and cleanse the pores. My only wish is that the package included the tiniest cup as well to work on the nose and between brows. The big cup is great for sore muscle on the back. Whenever I have pain on the neck and shoulder, I just stick it there and Bam! No pain in 5 minutes.It is well worth the money. Better than taking medications. I have been recommending facial cupping in my circle especially for sinus issues.

These work great especially if you use fractured coconut oil with them. Haven't really noticed any other difference besides they do really help with pain in my knee and my legs...

Advertised was the bigger cup for doing the legs ...... however that wasn't included. I did not get what I paid for.

Difficult to use. My first time I.ve had a lot of bruises. But after this step, it seems good. I think I will be very long to obtain effective results. The quality of this product is correct. You have to read the notice. And I have to be careful the first time you use to avoid bruises

I like the price for this 2 piece supping set. I like the size-small and medium of each plastic cup. The small cup is absolutely perfect for facial cupping. Primarily, I bought this set to start doing the facial cupping. The face muscles and skin are relaxed and this is a soothing method for relaxation and self-care. This set helps with my essential oil skin care routine and with being healthy. This cupping set helps my skin to keep its elasticity and to remain firm. As long as you rub an sufficient amount of essential oil onto your skin, the suction from the cupping does not hurt, nor rub, nor suck to tightly at your skin.This helpful guide is 2 sheets of paper that explains how to properly use this cupping set on the face and on the rest of the body.I definitely to recommend this cupping set for beginners, or to have this as a travel set. I have only used the small cup on my face, not for cellulite. It works great to stimulate circulation in your face. It creates a glow on your skin. You need to be careful not to leave it one place for too long, as it will cause bruising. Use a good face oil on your face first. Then squeezing the cup place it on your face and let go to create a suction and then gently move the cup over your face. Squeezing the cup to release the suction at the end of the motion. It will come with directions and a map showing the direction to move it on each part of your face. Make sure to wash it with soap and water when you are done to clean the oil off. The oil will breakdown the cup over extended periods of time. Your face will look smoother because of the temporary "plumpness" and will be glowing. I had someone ask me if I was using a new brand of foundation because my skin was smoother than normal.

The product is great. But when the product vacuum your skin it does hurt. I recommend to use the product with oils to reduce friction and redness.

These are so awesome! People say it can take up to two weeks before noticing positive results but i disagree. I noticed small positive results in 3days! Getting cruise ready! I dont get bruises either. My bf loves the facial one and so do i ( he says it feels like a face massage). I prefer to use the facial one in the mornings to give me an instant face lift and perk up my cheeks after a night of sleeping on my face lol.
