Has Conflicting ingredients on the bottle plus pumps are not uniform
I think that these type of creams are helpful and have their place for women in need but this one has too much conflicting info on the label, plus it says to use 4 pumps a day, and from one time to the next a pump is all over the map on amount that comes out.The cream itself is nice and absorbs well, my main problem with this is that one one part of the label it says it contains estradiol and then when it gives the dosages there is no mention at all. Estradiol is the most potent of the hormones listed in the ingredients and to not list a dosage is negligent.I've been using creams like this for years since I had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago and no longer have ovaries. I do not recommend this cream because of the careless labeling and also when you go to pump it, one time you get a little blip and the next time you get a long ribbon. At first I thought it was just the first couple pumps but I did it a dozen times and got from a pea size or less to the size of a cut green bean so how on earth can I dose this if the pump amount is all over the place. The fact that it has estradiol listed as an ingredient but no amount listed on the other part of the label that gives dosages of other hormones, there is no way I can recommend this. One other thing. It states on the label that "only in CA" has estrogen been found to cause cancer which is totally untrue. Estrogen has been linked to cancer everywhere, not just in California. Also interesting to note is that this is made in California.Anyway I do not feel comfortable using this or recommending it.Thanks for reading my review

A good product
You are cautioned not to use this product internally, and to test it on various places on your body (chest, inner elbows, inner forearms, back of knees, etc.) to be sure you don’t have a bad reaction to the product. Four pumps (which are a small amount each) per day, two in the morning, two in the afternoon. That’s it. I am several decades past menopause, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have low estrogen issues. I first put the morning dose on my inner forearms and rubbed it in. Very little smell, felt good, skin felt very soft, and the odor had totally dissipated after a minute or two. This product is comfortable for me to use, and I like it. Don’t read too much between the lines.

Impressive
I was on HRT until covid and ensuing financial issues. The sleep I just experienced after a full day's dose of this estrogen and progesterone cream was exactly the same as the rx. I have not slept this well nor felt *even since the prescribed HRT. Amazing stuff, I look forward to seeing how long effects last. Very good product.

Helps with night sweats!!
Getting older sucks! The worst is when you start what they call the "change of life" or as I like to call it, the crazy train to menopause. 🤣🤣 If you're right there with me or you've been there, you know what I'm talking about. Perimenopause starts with the hot flashes and crazy mood-swings, which are just oh so lovely. NOT!! They're horrible!! About 8 months ago all of this wonderfulness began. My doctor suggested I try an over-the-counter Estriol cream, before we started looking at prescriptions. I'm so glad she did, because I've been using this for over 2 months and the difference is HUGE. It's been especially helpful with my night sweats. Before I started using this, I'd have to get up in the middle of the night and change my pj's because I'd sweat through them. After using this cream for a couple of weeks, I started to notice them decreasing in severity and then frequency. They're not gone, but they have drastically reduced to the point where it's manageable and doesn't interrupt my sleep. The longer I use this the better I feel. It's extremely easy to use. Make sure that you don't put it on the same spot every day. You need to rotate the areas you put it on for maximum efficiency. Also make sure to apply it to the softest areas of skin, like your chest, inner thigh or inner arms. I'm SOOOOOOO glad that I tried this and extremely thankful that it works!!

Doing well so far
While you don't need a prescription for this, I suggest to still make sure to talk with your doctor and have your hormone levels tested first, otherwise you could potentially get other unwanted symptoms if you're not needing to have them higher. I have a prescribed, compounded cream that I normally use but my insurance won't cover it, so it's nice having other options available- especially with the cost being lower (this one is a 2 month supply). I may be missing it but I didn't see the full ingredient list on the product page so below I'll list the ingredients from the container. I like that most of the base and "filler" ingredients are pretty good and I do well with them. Fights the hot flashes, yay!
When I went into menopause, like many other women I suffered from hot flashes, night sweats and a multitude of other unpleasant unpleasantries. I’m so happy to be using Serenity cream three in one topical lotion for hormone balance to help bring some balance back into my life.I’m dispensing 2 pumps twice per day, the amount is smaller than other products I’ve used which is nice. There isn’t much of a smell and this absorbed into my skin very quickly. So far I’m pleased and I’m hopeful that as claimed I will look and feel like a younger self within 7 days. Now that’s something to get excited about!
