Affordable Easy!
I wanted wedges for squats and these work just perfectly!

Nice Quality. A bit too small length-wise
These are great quality but they are a bit too short length-wise. Great for a child but the angled section does not extend high enough to properly provide support for stretches.

NOT what I was expecting
I'm very disappointed. I was expecting this foam to be like the kind used in cushions and furniture, soft and pliable. This is like floral or craft foam, very solid. Really not what I expected.

I love the stability of these when using them for calf stretches. No slipping ( though I do recommend using up against a wall, just in case. Very happy

Just what we needed!
These blocks have finally allowed by husband to do "table top" and "down dog" postures in yoga! He's unable to dorsi-flex or load the wrists fully due to previous injuries, so these are game changers!
