I wanted to get a timeline of events for my classroom and was shocked when first opening this and being able to read everything that was printed. One of the years was off and most appalling was the wording on when slavery was introduced into the US. The writer said they were indentured servants…these individuals were not choosing to come here. It was against their will and done violently. Then to title it “awesome event”. Just poorly done. Some outrageously Eurocentric aspect to this. I would not purchase again and feel this should be modified to more accurately portray US history.
