Unlike other lighting fixtures that I've been able to install within 5-10 minutes, the Tioolo lamp demanded a few hours of my time across four days to fully assemble and install. Each of the crystal balls needs to be individually attached, and each leaf requires manual installation and separate wiring. This level of detail, while contributing to the lamp’s stunning appearance, makes the setup process a significant undertaking.Moreover, the instructions included with the lamp are, to put it mildly, completely useless. They do little to aid in the assembly process and might as well be discarded to avoid any confusion. Recognizing this, I reached out to Amazon customer service in search of guidance and was provided with an instructional video. This video proved to be immensely helpful, simplifying the installation process considerably. It's a resource I highly recommend seeking out right from the start to save time and frustration.Despite the labor-intensive setup, I believe the effort is ultimately worth it. The light is simply amazing in terms of its visual impact and the quality of light it provides. It's a statement piece that doesn't just light up a room; it transforms it. For those willing to invest the time and patience required for installation, the Tioolo Modern Ceiling Lamp is a fantastic choice. Its breathtaking design and the ambiance it creates are unparalleled, making it a worthy centerpiece for any space.

This is my second review as my chandelier died on me today.... 😥 tried to fix it but won't work. The electrician said the box of it got burnt out... hope to get a replacement or atleast the boxt part.I'm back with the replacement results. The manufacturer sent me the replacement of the powerbox. By the Grace of God we fixed it. Send have no issues since then. Couldn't leave a review earlier because of all the Renovation. Finally the light is magnificent and beautiful and back in the Breakfast area 😍 ❤️.Loved it at first sight. Took some time to install, needed one more person's help. But the final product was perfect 🥰 .

This light is beautiful but requires a lot of assembly with minimal instructions provided. I have had toasters with more detailed instructions. The "crystals" are glass and heavy and held up by small flimsy cotterpins. I would recommend replacing the cotterpins with something stronger, we had several Fall out on us during installation. The only way to reattach them is to lower the entire fixture.One of the mounting nuts to hold the light to the ceiling was the wrong size. Amazon wanted me to send back the entire fixture when I reached out to them. It took us close to 3 hrs just to assemble and hang it, I wasn't about to take it down and send it back just because of a missing nut. Thankfully we had a nut that fits and is holding it up while we try to contact the seller about getting the correct nut.It doesn't dim as much as I had expected. I expected it to get down to like 15watt mood lighting, but at its lowest it is still about 30watts bright.Overall would I recommend this? Only if I knew the person buying it was capable of figuring out how to assemble without needing instructions. It is beautiful but very labor intensive. Definitely check that all the nuts match before you are balancing it above your head to install.

Okay, the light works, but it’s incredibly difficult to squeeze your hand in to screw the light to the ceiling.

We got this for my daughter’s room and it’s so cute! It’s very bright and the remote gives us a lot of functionality over it, so that’s a plus. Very happy with it.

The first time we bought the lights we like it and everything was fine then it stopped working after a month. The lights were not turning on. I contacted the buyer they replaced it with the same item which was fine. We received the replacement on Jan. 14, 2022 we installed the same day. And here we are today Feb. 4, 2022 and it stopped working again. If you want a product that last more then a month then don't purchase this item. Waste of money, waste of time, and its hard to install.

The light is really cute, but the instructions are the actual worst I have ever seen. It’s a video, with no spoken words, from 6-10 ft away, Watching someone put the light together. You can’t see any of the details and I eventually just gave up and figured it out on my own.The light is great, but I wouldn’t buy it again because the instructions were so bad. There are a lot of cute lights that are less difficult.
