It's better than all round pillow, the best part is size adjustable strap, my baby feels more comfortable in latching milk and sleeps on it while latching. I strongly recommend to have this pillow while feeding. You won't have any back pain as the pillow has enough height

I am writing this review after two years of use. Pros- size adjustable with beltBack rest of somewhatPouch for carrying hairbands or clips or phone when you are already seated with baby and not able to get upFirm and soft cushion/ foam for baby to rest onLight to carry while travelingUsed it to seat my baby while traveling in car, it becomes a bedding as well feeding pillow for babyCons - very few but just to mention areNeed a thin pillow under or above it so you are not bending over to feed, since some PPL have longer torso, might have to learn over like I was doing so used a thin pillow to adjust nipple level. Since baby should be bought to nipple level not the other way where mom is bending over to reach baby's mouth. Did that mistake earlier but just try your ways around feeding so you avoid back pain.Another is foam thing, if you use it roughly or hold it by the back then it might tear off like i read with some of the reviewers but didn't happen with me since I was careful not to handle roughly.Overall i would give this pillow a 4.5 rating, and i am extremely grateful for the product

It's very small to fit around your tummy even you are slim ... So don't buy it

It's good for back pain but front said which we use to feed I think small it will ok for newborn baby 0 to 3 months... U can use this pillow in a casual situation that means I can't use this in night time when ur baby cry heavily bcz it's hard to put the side clip in urgent. And if ur c section this is not ur product bcz lower stomach is touching
