I don't know why it wouldn't be septic safe. I have been using it for years as a bath soap and diluted 3-1 for foaming hand soap in the city sewer.

Q: Are these soap base good for making intimate washes?

I don't know about using it for making intimate washes, but I use it for head, hand, and body washes. Try it and let me know if it works.

Q: Are there pump nozzles to fit these for easy refill into small neck bottles?

It doesn't come with a nozzle. I had a bottle with a nozzel and pour it from their bottle into my smaller bottle.

Q: Is it an antibacterial?

Not that I am aware of--I think it's a normal type soap.
