Who knew this would work as a genealogy prop?
I've dedicated an entire room to our family's genealogy. In doing that, after noting their ship routes TO America, I traced their wagon trails ACROSS America. One family I have records of their trip came by oxen driven wagons, another by horse. I got two of these and they fit my scheme perfectly. Couldn't be happier :)

Such fun
This wee Prairie Schooner is fun beyond its small size. Of course it is a pencil sharpenter, but as a tabletop ornament it is unexpectedly detailed, even to the texture of the canvas. A terrific piece for an adult's writing desk or book shelf.
