Great product I won't go another day without it.This is one of the healthiest supplements you can take with turmeric,serrepeptase and Nattokinsea. Turmeric and black seed oil have been proven to analyze your diet and will even kill cancer by doing so while the other two will remove plaque from your blood,help you sinuses and joints and a 4 very potent antioxidants. Try them I was taking male hormones for a year along with this and NAC 600 each of them twice a day and my Dr was amazed at how healthy I was but I was also working out 3 to 4 days a week and for you that van mean walking a treadmill but I wanted to experiment. I've been using this heritage Black Seed Oil for about a couple months now, and I'm really impressed. I take a teaspoon every morning, and I also apply a few drops to my scalp a couple of times a week. Internally, I feel like my energy levels are more consistent and my digestion has improved. The taste is strong and peppery, as expected, but it's easy to get used to. The most noticeable difference for me has been with my hair. My scalp feels healthier, and I've noticed less shedding. Tastes bad but the effects are good. It’s only my 3rd brand and I really enjoy this one. I wish it came packaged not just a bubble wrapped bottle.

Great addition to my diet.

I am upset this item has jumped in price from $19 to $26 for an 8oz and from $32 to $44 for a 16oz!! I am still on my 1st bottle but it is going fast. I initally picked this up when I was hesitant on purchasing Sea Moss, and needed to do more research. I love the benefits of this oil (anti inflammatory, anti bacterial, anti microbial, pain relief, blood sugar balance, heart health, kidney health, immune strengthening, skin care, liver health) this is an all around miracle oil, right? I can bare the smell and taste.. and I realized that it gave me more energy when I took this on an empty stomach. Never makes me queasy. The problem is my diet isn't as good as it can be, and I am trying to combat that with vitamins, minerals, & herbs (Spirulina, Chlorella, Ginger Root, Collagen, Echinacea, now BSO and waiting on my order of Sea Moss caps. These vitamins and such do help me in my current state yet the benefits would be greater if I dropped the meat and dairy.. I found another use for this oil that is giving me outstanding results. I have been oil pulling for 10 mins or more with this oil as I had some areas of my gums that were swollen probably due to not flossing. the oil has taken away the swelling, whitened my teeth, and cleansed my mouth and tongue of bacteria and toxins.
