does this rim have sealed bearings

It has cased bearings but not sealed. I took the axle apart and re-greased the bearings.

Could this fit 27.5 x 2.2in tires?

No - it's a 26 inch wheel NOT a 27.5 inch wheel. The diameter of wheel and tire must match. The width can vary somewhat depending on if u want a skinny or fat tire.

Can this accept a quick release?

Mine has a solid axle bolt, so no, it can't have a quick release. Maybe they make a quick release version? Otherwise, I carry a spare wrench in case of flats.
