Not as good As I expected
My husband bought this mattress last August. One of the things that I have never liked is that you have to sleep right in the middle to feel comfortable and if you put yourself on the edge you can end up on the floor. A few days ago, I was rotating the mattress and I decided to remove it completely and I was very surprised that it is full of mold on the bottom. I can’t understand why is like that. There is not mold on top, no spills. It seems to be coming from inside the mattress.

Bought this last January (1/20/2017), it had a very strong odor, we had to let it sit in the garage for a month before started using it.Couple months after using it (like late Apr or early May 2017), husband started complaining how some areas won’t bounce back. I was busy with my job & traveling frequently for business & an ill parent, I personally didn't notice what husband was talking about until recently, plus my husband & I usually sleep in separate rooms due to his snoring. Up until recently, i tried this mattress, it’s really horrible, the areas that won't bounce back (that permanently stays in the concave form) are getting bigger, especially the edge now has no support at all. I have a hard time getting up and out of this mattress. Husband has put up with it so long, now it’s giving him back pains. Since it's still within the 10 yr warranty, I requested for assistance and with the same details provided as here, I was asked to provide details of the issues again. Complete waste of money. You are better off spending a couple hundreds more on Tuft & Needle that has great customer service. If I still don't get any customer service soon, I will upload some pix and videos here.

These mattresses...oh my.
The only reason I chose them is they were one inch shorter than all the other bunk mattresses. The Amazon reviews were great but mattresses are always a crap shoot as far as personal preference for comfort. But the loft being built in our 600 sq foot cabin measures 74” deep and all the other mattresses were 75”. When you live in 600 sq ft every inch counts. The loft wasn’t finished when a single box arrived. I had ordered two so I opened the box to see if both mattresses were stuffed into one box. Couldn’t tell for sure because it’s hard to conceptualize what two bunk mattresses might look like rolled flat.Unrolled the contents to be sure. Nope, just one and it quickly took its new shape. Lay down to check it out and promptly fell asleep in the middle of the day. Me, who only sleeps in the daytime when sick.It was so comfortable I threw it on the floor every night afterwards and slept on it even though I have a perfectly okay queen bed.The loft still wasn’t finished when company arrived last weekend. The other mattress had arrived and the two were stored in the bathtub temporarily. 600 sq ft, no other place to put them.Though there were enough regular beds for the guests, they wanted to try the bunk mattresses. They slept so comfortably they slept on them the entire visit. After I finish writing this review I’m going to browse Amazon for the same mattress in a queen...it’s that good.

Waited seven months to review, and here's what I've found...
I deliberately waited to review this until I'd used it daily for quite a while, and I can say my twin mattress is still just as supportive as day one. To make that fact more impressive, this is on my daybed, so it's sat on during the day and becomes a bed at night. In addition, I tend to sit on one side of it, and thought there would be a breakdown in the memory foam, but it hasn't happened, and I just now flipped it end-to-end (can't be flipped over due to construction), so I expect this mattress to easily survive years of use. To add more details, this mattress has only one occupant who weighs less than 140 pounds, so keep that in mind as you read this review. For my purposes, however, I couldn't be happier, would favorably compare it to mattresses that were two or three times the price when I was researching my purchase, and I would definitely buy another one!

Too Soft!!: Causes Unspeakable Backpain!
I have been sleeping on the king size, 10inch, Fortnight mattress since March 15, 2018. It was a lot softer than I expected, but it didn't cause any problems for me at first. But about 4 months later starting on July 23, 2018 I started having the WORST backpain that I ever felt in my life. I've been tossing and turning all night long because it hurts immensely. Now keep in mind that I'm only age 35, I weigh 145lbs, and I exercise regularly; so the backpain isn't because I'm out of shape. At first I thought the pain was from weight lifting, but when I stopped working out the pain didn't change at all. When I decided to sleep on my living room floor, I noticed a drastic decrease in pain, so I am 100% positive that the softness of the mattress is why my back is getting messed up. I really wanted to like this mattress, but it has made my sleep miserable and the backpain lasts all day long even hours after I get out of bed. I'll be sleeping on the floor until I can find a firmer mattress somewhere. My mattress is still in like-new condition because I kept within a high quality mattress protector, so if anyone still wants to take their chances with this ridiculously soft mattress, you can take mine for free because I surely do not want it and I probably can't return it judging by other reviews. Even being in the Army for 15 years didn't cause me this much backpain.
