I tried this several times but didn't notice any difference. No calming affect on me. UNLESS you are suppose to take it regular on a daily basis and results happen in a week or more which is definitely NOT what I was looking for in this product. I just want to use a product as needed to relieve anxiety.I have started taking 200mg-400mg (depending on the height of my anxiety) of L-Theanine with great results within 45 minutes. I would recommend giving that a shot, the price is much better.

When my mind is racing and Iʻm stressing out, I have found GABA Calm really helps. I donʻt use it for sleep. I found L-Tryptophan to work better for me for sleep.

These help my insomnia big time! If I wake up in middle of night, I take one and let it dissolve on my tongue. Relaxes me immediately and I fall asleep within 10 minutes. Taste is pleasant, I only wish they didn't use magnesium searate, that's not a neccessary ingredient and it's harmful in the long run.

I ordered this product on recommendation from a friend... It has been a God send! I have no side effects other than not feeling like a grumpy pants when anxiety hits. I am able to handle stressful situations better and more calmly. Love it! One per day, every evening does the trick.

I’m not a fan of the flavor, but I don’t take it for that reason. I take it because GABA helps a lot with calming anxiety. I just swallow it and get the same effects!

The flavor was okay, but these were so thick i could NOT get them to DISSOLVE on my tongue hardly at all. I even tried adding sips of water, so I ended up having to chew them. They get 1 star as the taste was okay. But this product did NOTHING for me. I even tried taking 3 at once 3 times a day. TOTAL WASTE OF $$.

A very convenient way to get my GABA and a product that works quickly. Within one week of taking it I feel much calmer all day, even under stress and that is with taking the lower dose of it. The tablet is nice tasting and easy to chew. I will definitely keep buying it.

Je viens de recevoir une boite. Pour l efficacité, c est trop tôt pour me prenoncer. Contrairement au titre du produit, il y a 30 comprimés et non 120. Donc ça sent quand même l'arnaque.
