Anbesol adult strength gel for rapid pain relief.
This is brilliant for tooth discomfort ., I won’t go anywhere with out it .

Most effective, but can be difficult to apply.
This Anbesol arrived well packaged and with a long expiry date. I received mine at the end of July 2026 and the expiry is March 2029, which is reassuring. I use this gel mainly because I have a partial denture. Now and then it can rub, or my gums and inner lip get caught when brushing a bit too firmly. That’s when this product becomes useful. I’ve found it works best if I first dry the area with a small piece of tissue. It’s not easy, but it really helps the gel stay in place — and staying in place is the hardest part. The lidocaine causes a slight numbing effect, which is helpful if the area is already sore. I’ve used this gel for several years and it’s consistently effective, even if it can be tricky to apply. Compared with Bonjela, I find Anbesol works better for me, although Bonjela is easier to spread. Anbesol can clump a little, but once you get it where it needs to be, it does the job. Despite trying both products over the years, I keep coming back to this one because of how effective it can be. The cost is most reasonable.
