Lights
I got this for the lights and the little disco ball, the microphones are trash the volume isn’t loud. Great for kids , not good for adults.

Bad product but good customer service
We had issues with the product (see below for 1st review). But the customer service has been great as far as returns and communication. They just sent us a new one to try out at no charge. They were fast to reach out so I appreciate that. We haven’t tried the most recent one out yet, but customer service team is amazing!Original review: First one we got had a broken microphone. We got a replacement. That one was missing a microphone and one of the plugs for the microphone was loose and kept falling out. Cheap horrible product. Don’t buy this. My girls were super disappointed at Christmas. Big let down!!!!

Meh
First the lights are so awesome!! We loved having dance parties with the kids... Until the microphones broke. It's okay quality. The sound is not the best. Even before the mics broke, they weren't very good at all.

Mine ecos horribly and I can't make it stop
I have done everything to make it stop echoing and it won't.... I can say "hi" and it says it back to me multiple........

It's a hit and a miss with this product
It was my daughters Christmas gift and the lights don't work. That is the only reason I bought it

Not working
I saw the reviews and I decided to give it a chance but the buttons are not working at all and the microphone ecos a lot. I don’t think that it worth $50, I will return and buy something else.

Great for all kinds of partying!
This is a great entertainment system. It lights up really well and the microphones work well. The sounds comes through clearly and it has a good volume option too. Overall, I really love it!

Plug and play
This is pretty much a plug and play speaker because it was just simple to use. The sound quality is good but not as loud as I needed it to be for the little "get to together" I recently had. I did like the light effect but I don't know how to cut them off. However, on the flip side, I love the strobe light on top (super cool) I love that the speaker comes with 2 mics and I also like that the speaker has holders for the mics. What I don't like is that it is difficult to move around because the speaker does not have any handles so it makes it cumbersome to carry (just my little pet peeve). Other than that, it's a pretty decent speaker and I would recommend

Excellent customer service support!
Great Karaoke for kids! My initial package was misplaced and when I contacted the customer support, they were very prompt in replying and ready to send another piece but the missing initial item was found (but was damaged during transport!). The team was again prompt in replacing with a damaged item with the new one. Totally recommend them to anyone!
