meh, it's okay, but awfully pricey.
meh, it's okay. It's nice and small which is good. The downsides I've seen so far is that the box opener is not sharp enough to work well at opening boxes. A house key does just as well if not better. The other downside is with respect to the phillips head screwdriver. It is too large to fit most screws around the office (electronic gear) and when you do have a #2, If the screw is recessed at all, you can't get to it. Unfortunately these are the two tools that I was most excited about. Oh, and then there is the $30 price tag, pretty steep for a product that works marginally well.

I use it more than I thought. My only complaints is it’s a little narrow on the bottle opener (I’d only use it if a better option wasn’t handy) and the “sharp” edges aren’t good for cutting tape on boxes, I usually end up using the end or the hook part. Otherwise it’s actually pretty handy to have around every now and again!

There are better alternatives
The advertising is misleading: This is really more like a 10-tool item. They claim multiple purposes for lots of the "tools", e.g. the screwdriver head can also scratch lotto tickets. Well, a penny can also scratch lotto tickets. Also, for that matter, you could use any of the keys on your keychain to scratch the same lotto ticket. These better designs with respect to being smoother in your pocket and more comfortable (when using as a wrench): TI-EDC Titanium Keychain Beer Opener EDC Multi-functional Pocket Survival Tool , TI-EDC Titanium Keychain Beer Opener EDC Multi-functional Pocket Survival Tool . Also, on the cheap, the Gerber Shard Keychain Tool [22-01769 ] (get a real one, not a fake from a reseller) is a good bottle opener and pryer, cutting thin strips of tape on boxes, and an adequate driver in a pinch. But on this MSTR KEY, the Phillips head barely works, and tends to cam-out. It's barely useful for loosening, not tightening. The product design is thoughtful, but there are actually better alternatives on the market. The steel is strong, but the machining is a little sloppy, though no worse than a typical key on your keychain, but it doesn't have the nicely milled hand-quality of some other items. There were some design compromises, and this can puncture a hole in your pants if it presses the wrong way. Also, titanium is a better material. This is not the best keychain multifunction tool. And I would not put it on my keychain, maybe in my toiletry case, but then I could use a slightly larger tool design.

Better off with a leather man

Not as great as the title 20 in 1 multitool suggests.
The hex bit size varies from the ones that i have. The groves made on staples remover actually make it harder to remove staples easily, and philipes screwdriver does not work the way it is supposed to. Furthermore it is a bit thick so it does not even enter screw's twisting grooves.
