I got this for my new Aesthetics clinic and it comes handy during facials. I love it.

I purchased this product at Christmas. When it arrived the derma abrasion part wasn’t working. I contacted the seller and had no reply. I managed to get it working but it has now stopped completely. I have again contacted the seller to have no reply. I have reached out to Amazon but have said it’s not covered in there a - z. Which I think is very unfair. So if you are looking to buy one I would say to go through someone else and not this seller. As if it goes wrong you’re not covered.

I was quite sceptical about this machine especially for the price compared to others out there that cost thousands. It’s actually really good and more powerful than a expensive one, the only thing I find is one of turn knobs is stiff but apart from that I give 10/10

Machine stopped working conviniently after the return period! Very poor quality, just completely stopped working 5 weeks after purchase!! Invest in a branded machine where possible

Very pathetic services, I have received a faulty machine and it’s almost 6 months now and it’s not replaced or sorted. I have waisted my money and lost the potential business.I don’t want to give even 1 star rather want to give negative but with selling at least 1 star this review is not proceeding.

Great product works well

This machine just worked for 5 times and now stopped working whatsoever. I have contacted the seller many times and no response at all.I thought I am safe buying stuff on Amazon, apparently I am not!

Set this machine up, no power at all! Changed the fuse and still nothing. Message seller and received no response. Requested a refund and now I have to pay for a return to china 🙄
