Ordered this item after giving it a lot of thought as I had always wanted something portable that you could give your clothes a quick refresh with without needing to wash and dry or spray them. Received the item today and all it did not work at all! Gave me a small electric shock and no matter how much I tried, the plasma would not activate at all and the indicator light quickly switched back from purple (plasma active) to white (device ready). Absolute rubbish and a waste of money and time! The product does not feel premium to touch at all, it is just a light, flimsy piece of plastic.

Bought as a Christmas Present for my partner as we like a gadget. We had loads of fun showing it off to friends and family who were shocked that it actually works.You rub over clothing and there is a distinct smell of battery acid to begin with but it does go away after a few minutes and wafting (I guess thats the product working)Then you smell fresh like nothing, no body oder, no perfumes. It really does eliminate smells.Cool little product. 👍

I think it works well with not very strong smells and small areas but with strong smells and bigger areas I did nothing, at least for me, despite several takes at it

Such a clever device, works everytime, so easy to use

Didn’t work which I suspect was because it had been returned by another buyer.Also, the low key/ ‘soft launch’ by Bosch tells me they didn’t believe the product was ready to go to market.They were right.
