Perfect for Mango Sticky rice!
Sooo yummy! Always looking for different ways to eat mango when in season and mango sticky rice is an absolute fav. Soaked in hot water post rinse for 30 mins then after another rinse steamed for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly cooked. Ideal way is to soak overnight so it surely was a pleasant surprise to have it done so fast. Best sticky rice I’ve ever had!
