My kids and boyfriend go though this flavor like it’s candy. The taste is amazing not to over powerful and refreshing. The power dissolves very easily and only have to shake a few times. This will not give you an upset stomach. Very great to help with hydration. Way cheaper than getting them at the store.

These are wonderful for quick hydration. Had to get used to taste so started with some added lemon juice and sweetener but now not needed.

I buy these for my elderly mother who gets dehydrated easily. She wasn't drinking alot during the day but now sips on one of these drinks all day. She says she feels better (meaning she's hydrated). We keep them on hand for her for daily hydration.
