Love these! Use an existing insole to guide when you’re trimming these for your shoes. Once you have the right outline, you’ll be good to go! They’re soft and smooth, slide into shoes easily, and can be removed easily also for washing - important to keep your feet feeling and smelling fresh ; )

Insoles arrived frayed but I had to use them due to no other alternative. I’m hesitant to wash them due to the damage. They seem to be working for keeping odour away though.

A product truly has to impress me to leave a review, and this one has. I can’t speak for all shoes, but I wear these in my Hey Dudes and they are amazing. No slip, super comfy, machine washable, and most important, they actually keep odor under control. Nothing is perfect of course, and your mileage may vary, but these have significantly reduce foot sweat and odor for weeks now with daily wear. I think I’ve washed them once in the last month. I don’t know how but they really work.

Love these things - can cut to fit to shoe size. I love that they can be thrown in the washer and reduce wear on inside of shoes. I use them in my Sperry shoes and they work perfectly!
