Review: I am pounding the table in favor of this being easily the best enclosure. - High quality precision machined aluminum enclosure. Nice finish. Tastefully done RGB. NVMe interface works like a charm. Compatible with Windows, Linux, and mac. Easy tool-less design. Fast USB-C and USB-A. I have tried a few enclosures lately, and this one is the best bang for the buck. Looks cool. I highly recommend it. TLDR: High quality fit and finish. Best in class. Made in Taiwan.
Review: This is an awesome enclosure that works perfectly with m.2 SATA and NVME drives - I used this to clone a laptop m.2 2280 NVME drive to a larger one, and a Chromebox 2242 m.2 SATA drive to a larger one. In both cases the cloning process with Clonezille was lightning fast and flawless. I've never been impressed with USB speeds, but thing has changed my opinion completely. One problem though, and the idiot is I, not the enclosure... To open, you depress a latch, and slide off the top. The first time was a bit touch.. The mounting screw has a groove into which you slide the half circle of your drive. I made the mistake of mounting the screw on top of the drive, which raises it. This makes the latch more diffficuptnto close, but MUCH more difficult to open... When I finally realized what an idiot I was and corrected it, it made the enclosure easy to close and open. Anyway, I'm happy I bought this. it's a great product.

**Q: How durable is this item?**
A: Durable has to be defined. The device has an IP54 rating. A product with an IP54 rating is protected against the quantity of dust that could interfere with the normal operation of the product but is not fully dust-tight. The product is completely protected against solid objects. It is also protected against water splashing from any angle.

**Q: Does this support 4tb drives?**
A: 4TB HDDs are 15mm thick and the max the enclosure supports is 9.5mm drives. To my knowledge, currently the maximum size that can be found that fits in this case would be a 2TB 2.5" HDD.

**Q: Does this enclosure come with a cord?**
A: Yes. It comes with an USB 3.0 cord

**Q: How long is the usb cable? Is it type usb male-a? This unit draws 900ma ??**
A: it  inexpensive to purchase a different length  cable you I  have old ones from previous Drives that still work fine   USB 3.0 A male to Micro B cable replace original lost or broken cable

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly with my 2280 m2 disk

Absolutely love this small guy! I use my M2 Samsung 980 Pro 1TB disk with this enclosure. Works perfectly, reading speed is about 900Mbps and writing - around 750, I guess that’s pretty enough as for external storage. P.S. make sure you are using a exFAT disk format if you want to have maximum compatibility (I use it as cross platform storage, windows and mac).
