I could not wait to get this. My old one had played out and well I over did it putting Christmas decorations up. I ordered two because I did not want to share. It is really plush and so soft. I am currently using it and I am single the high vibration setting but it is so smooth and the vibrations really reach all areas of my back. I am laying down and unlike some there are no areas on my back that hurt from pressure points. That is really nice. The heat setting is perfect on low and not getting to hot like sometimes happens and you have to turn off the heat.So far with my first use I really like it. I also like that it has a little snap on the neck so when you wrap it over your shoulders you can sit or lay down without trying to get it in the right place. It only came in one color which was not a deal breaker but it would have been nice when getting more than one to have different color. It does have an auto shut off but runs for a pretty long time before it turns off.If you or someone you know has back issues this seems to be a great gift idea for them.

I LOVE this product. I literally fall asleep sitting on the couch with this thing. WARNING:IT GETS VERY HOT!!! BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOURSELF!! I love that the heat gets so hot, it is soft and has a robe tie in the front for a snug fit, and a button in the front of the neck to rest on your shoulders. I'm only 30 and this thing makes me fall asleep on the couch front the relaxing heat

I really love the added vibrating to the heating pad. It is very soothing to sore muscles. It is a very large pad and can be used on any part of the body. It has very large heated area. It also has two separate vibrating points. The controls are easy to work. There is a button for high and low heat as well as a button for high and low vibration. The pad is soft and comfy too. It is a great choice. I recommend it highly.

I have had back problems since I was a child, and now I am in my 40s. Because of that, I am no stranger to heating pads and have owned a great many in my life. I just got this one, so I cannot speak to the longevity, but as of right now it is the best one I have ever had. It gets really hot (I was worried as some reviews said it didn't and I like mine HOT), it is soft, and I love that it wraps around me (first time I have had this style). The only thing I would change would be the auto off. I wish that it had a stay on feature, but other than that it is better than I could've imagined!!!

I keep this beside my bed because I use it daily. The best part of it to me is that the parts that lie on your neck are weighted, so it stays put. And there is a snap in the front. I had only used rectangle heating pads before this. Keeping them on me was a struggle. This one is a comfort. Set the temp and the timer and you are set.

The heat and the concept are great! But the sand is too much. Makes it uncomfortable and lumpy because it doesn't sit where it should'
