Excellent product!
I bought one at first for my two dogs. We would switch off putting it on each dog and let them outside. It worked so well training them, we purchased another one for both. We trained them so that when they hear the beep they immediately stop what they’re doing and usually run to the door. We were able to synch both collars onto one remote. Now our dogs can run around freely in the yard with no worries that they’ll take off into the neighbors yard or the road. We avoided using the zap (electric shock ☹️), only once did we use it when our dog ran across the road. That was all it took, it was more because we were scared and our instinct kicked in over drive, but it was enough. The vibration setting is now enough in emergencies and the beep is our primary go to command. Our dogs were rescues we got at 10 and 8 weeks- Doberman mix, Pit mix. It works for barking, remaining in the yard, jumping and for dominating behavior w our pit mix. Highly recommend- well worth it! The battery life is great, we keep the collars on all day without losing its charge and the distance for which they reach is excellent!

Charging rubber part
The rubber that covers the charging whole doesn't stay so easily covered. Got wet inside now don't work any more after using Justin one week . It's like they took the rubber molding to quickly from it's molding . I want another one or my money back.

BEST TRAINING COLLAR I'VE TRIED
UPDATED CON:Of the two of these purchased, both became non-functional within 3 months.PROS:Remote:Easy to use.Buttons easy to use, hard to mistake.Easy to adjust feedback levels.Remote has lock to prevent unintended feedback.Battery life has far exceeded published specifications.CONS:Charging requires double-headed non USB cable. Can't buy remote separately (yeah I misplaced things pretty often).Remote could use secure lanyard connection.Tried nearly a dozen manufacturers of training collars thus far. This has by far been the best.

Great service for price.
He chewed on it and then went swimming with it and it stopped working. I would have to say that's what led to it's end so I bought another one and have had no issues whatsoever. Great product.

Great collar especially for price.
The first collar I bought was the older model and it was cheaply made, it broke within 3 weeks and was unusable after 4 weeks. Their customer service was amazing and I decided to try the newer model. I have had no major issues. I will say though in South Texas we have a lot of humidity. And my dog is a water dog so when she shakes and got the controller wet the display disappeared. I threw it in a bag of rice for 24 hours and got it mostly back. But if I sweat too much or it gets at all do.it goes for a rice nap and iss fine later.

This is a cheap piece of junk
I returned this item after 3 weeks because the recharge port on the remote broke. My replacement came quickly but failed just as quickly. This time one setting completely failed. The sound, vibration and shock features ceased working. On the other two settings only the sound and vibration worked. The shock feature did not work on any setting. Total Junk.

Instructions not the best but I'm pretty savy. Small contacts one was missing threads using longer ones for now. Only took one shock to have her listen to the beep now. My 3 preset channels are 5- 20- 100.I used the 100 first I have a very large dog very smart but was being a smart ass. Biting at my mower and barking and almost getting her feet under the mower deck while blades are going. She no longer does that.I used verbal then beep then vibrate and she ignored until the first shock. Now I just push the beep and she stops doing anything she is doing.I don't leave it on at night only while I'm outside and engaged with her.I saw someone say it burned there dog impossible! That damage I saw was from a collar rubbing and cause the hair to fall out and raw in my opinion as a avid dog groomer and trainer. This only had impulse shock not continuously. There's a test light that comes with it that shows the impulse shock. Good luck! It's sure helped me. Oh I did shock my own hands to know what I was going to do to my dog . Just like police have to get tased before getting a taser .⚡👌

Invincible!
I am NOT a shock collar-type dog mom, BUT. BUT! Our 75 lb. lab is used to a wireless fence at home and has never needed to actually be shocked. The beep is enough to notify her that she has reached a boundary and she will immediately turn around. She jumped in a filthy closed swimming pool this winter with it on and we were sure she would either be shocked or the collar would be damaged by the water, but one overnight on the charger and it was ready to go the next morning. We use the longer prongs because labs… It does need to be tighter than you might think to ensure a consistent connection on dogs with loose neck skin. Great purchase; 100% would buy again.
